For a long time, I have wondered why no one would buy a neighbor’s apartment. The apartment has stunning views down to the street and the lake, even as Majoric, as we do. I wanted to know if there would be a dark ground floor because a heavy canopy was built in front of the living room and an ingot wall in front. Well, I didn’t have to be the sharpest knife in the kitchen when I realized that the room was built under a huge terrace. The exterior of the terrace was 4 meters per page. We took a lot of pictures from the window of our bedroom as the terrace was on the same level as our glass sliding doors. We made a complaint on Tuesday and on Wednesday the official-looking man’s briefcase was in hand. When he entered the gate, the house owner thanked him. After that, cheerfully talked to the house. When they soon came out, the house owner looked enthusiastic about his cell phone and the men laughed together. I was like a paparazzi and took pictures of them. After that, the men shook and the guest left. After a visit, it started to happen quickly. The elements were produced by trucks and lifted in the yard. When we heard that someone from the construction agency had been on the spot, we thought about the fear of this man, but he could also be, for example. Even the supplier. If this officer decides on the neighbor’s permits or in any way can influence the matter, we are in trouble.
Not thrown ax in a well
We urged our attorney to contact the agency and ask a regular question about the progress of the matter. The fear was that our complaint would go to the Ö-Mapp, in Finnish. Pitkään olen ihmetellyt, miksei naapurin asuntoa kukaan osta. Asunnosta on huikeat näköalat alas kadulle ja järvelle, jopa majesteettiset, kuten meilläkin. Näköala vaikutti paljon meidän ostopäätökseemme. Olisi mukava saada naapureita. Tyhjä asunto voi sitä vastoin houkutella varkaita tai valtaajia. Toiveeni toteutui vihdoin pari kuukautta sitten. Muutama viikko sitten uusi omistaja ryhtyi remontoimaan pihaa. Oli mukava seurata työteliästä miestä ja hänen kavereitaan, kunnes alkoi tiiliseinä nousta eteemme.

Aluksi veikkasimme, että rakentavat vain katoksen, kunnes keskelle pihakäytävää alkoi nousemaan massiivisia harkkoja, joita muurattiin päällekkäin. Lähetimme kuvat asianhoitajallemme ja hän teki asiasta reklamaation kaupungin rakennusvirastoon. Meille kerrottiin, että samalla viikolla oli jo virkailija käynyt katsahtamassa tilanteen. Arkkitehtiä ei oltu käytetty, jonka jokainen näki, koska terassi on poikkeuksellisen ruma ja massiivinen. Naapurilla ei ollut siis rakennuslupaa, eikä hän ollut missään yhteydessä meihin. Teimme reklamaation tiistaina ja keskiviikkona paikalla kävi virkailijan näköinen mies salkku kädessä. Kun hän astui portista sisään, niin talon omistaja kiitti häntä. Tämän jälkeen iloisesti jutustellen menivät taloon sisälle. Kun pian tulivat ulos, niin talon omistaja näytti innostuneena jotakin omasta kännykästä ja miehet naureskelivat yhdessä. Olin kuin paparazzi ja otin heistä kuvia. Tämän jälkeen miehet kättelivät ja vieras lähti pois. Vieraan käynnin jälkeen alkoi tapahtumaan ja nopeasti. Elementtejä tuotiin kuorma-autoilla ja nostettiin pihalle. Kun kuulimme, että rakennusvirastosta joku oli käynyt paikan päällä, niin mieleemme hiipi pelko tästä miehestä, mutta hän saattoi olla myös mm. tavarantoimittajakin. Jos tämä virkailija päättää naapurin luvista tai millään tapaa pystyy asiaan vaikuttamaan, niin me olemme pulassa.
Ei heitetä kirvestä kaivoon
Kehotimme asianhoitajaamme olemaan yhteydessä virastoon ja kyselemään säännöllisesti asian edistymisestä. Pelko oli, että reklamaatiomme menisi ö-mappiin, suomalaisittain. Tehokas asianhoitajamme oli ollut heti yhteydessä myös kaupungin arkkitehtiin ja saanut järjestettyä rakennuskiellon naapuriin, mikä pitäisi toteutua ensi viikolla. Jos tämä julkea ja laiton rakennelma menee läpi, niin teen sen johtopäätöksen, että kaikki on luvallista. Mutta ei siis vielä heitetä kirvestä kaivoon. Kirveellä on käyttöä ja tilanne jatkuu.
