Christmas is coming. It is always nicer to do something for others, other than buying goods, if possible. Today, people already have everything. I was thinking of my immediate neighbors and their yards. I came up with good Christmas gifts for them. For my immediate neighbor, I suggested that I would paint on his patio and for the next neighbor, the Spanish family, I suggested that I would prune their pine tree. The pine is tremendously large and asymmetrical because the owners of the house themselves have cut wood from the yard side, whereby the wood has begun to fall from the weight of the branches outside the yard. One side of the wood is rich and heavy, while the other half knots and some of the knots are dried. Decorations are hung on the pine branches, for example. Big balls of different colors and birds’ dining platforms. It’s like a Christmas tree. It is only a matter of time before the tree crashes.

I admit that I also have my cow in the ditch. Pine is big and the only one in the immediate area. Toxic and dangerous larvae of pine trees are an important thing that must be taken into account especially in Spain, where different species can pose a health risk. It is important to know what these larvae are and avoid contact with them to prevent any allergic reactions or poisoning. One of the most dangerous larvae found in Spain is pine trees. These tips have stinging hairs that when in contact with the skin or mucous membranes, can cause irritation, allergies, or even more serious reactions. These larvae move as processions and usually form long queues while moving in search of food.

Lumberjack is searched

I and my neighbor have a dog. The Spanish family with pine trees in the yard has cats. I wanted to thin out the pine animals. Another reason is that a large pine tree takes the views from many residents behind the house, especially a Spanish family with no view from the balcony. Thinning wood branches would be a win-win situation for everyone. I put the announcement on Facebook that the lumberjack was sought. I got the answer on how to apply for permission and that the cops will come if you pour it. It is quite friendly to inform if you don’t know things. However, I would like a positive attitude and answer to what I seek. The responsibility for my actions is for myself, as is the acquisition of information. It seems that humor or self-irony is not worth writing for somebody.

Neighbor’s guy Pekka

My neighbor’s friend Pekka, a skillful Spanish language, asked at my request from a neighbor whose yard grew up that we could come to prune/fell some of the wood. I was there to watch the discussion. The woman was sympathetic and gave permission. The next day, I also went to her sister to ask for permission in English because her sister spoke good English. I got permission. On the third day, I went to ring the neighbor’s doorbell and asked if we could come to their yard to map the tree and get permission. Lumberjack, I and my husband went into the backyard, where one of the siblings, no Hablo Ingles, came into the yard and began loudly to demand an explanation why we were in the yard. We were like a halo on the head because it was supposed to be clear. Sister shouted to me que he dicho, que he dicho … I had such a bad feeling that I had to leave the scene. The sister’s son also came out and said that the tree would not be touched. Afterward, we have analyzed what happened, and we have not found any logical explanation. It has not been possible to misunderstand because there is only one tree in their yard and it is in the backyard.

The family that suffers from this episode the most is the Spanish family. They did not accept our Christmas present. We promised to pay all the costs, for example. eliminating the tree and removing the branches. The tree is already tilted and its roots have become visible on the ground. It is only a matter of time before the pine tree in the backyard collapses over the neighbors’ fences and at the same time their yard suffers. Joulukuusi

Joulu on tulossa. Aina mukavampaa on tehdä jotain toisten iloksi, muuta kun ostaa tavaroita, jos vaan mahdollista. Nykyään ihmisillä on jo kaikkea. Ajattelin lähinaapureita ja heidän pihojaan. Keksin hyvät joululahjat heille. Lähinaapurille ehdotin, että tulen maalaamaan hänen patiolle ja seuraavalle naapurille, espanjalainen perhe, ehdotin, että tulisin karsimaan heidän mäntyänsä. Mänty on valtavan iso ja epäsymmetrinen, koska talon omistajat ovat itse karsineet puuta pihan puolelta, jolloin puu on alkanut painua oksien painosta pihan ulkopuolelle. Toinen puoli puusta on runsas ja painava, kun taas toinen puoli oksaton ja jotkut oksan tyngät kuivuneet. Männyn oksille on ripustettu koristeita mm. isoja, erivärisiä palloja ja lintujen ruokailualustoja. Se on kuin joulukuusi. On vain ajan kysymys milloin puu kaatuu.

Mäntytoukkakulkueet

Myönnän, että minulla on myös oma lehmä ojassa. Mänty on iso ja ainoa lähialueella. Mäntyjen myrkylliset ja vaaralliset toukat ovat tärkeä asia, joka on otettava huomioon erityisesti Espanjassa, jossa erilaiset lajit voivat muodostaa terveysriskin. On tärkeää tietää, mitä nämä toukat ovat, ja välttää kosketusta niiden kanssa mahdollisten allergisten reaktioiden tai myrkytyksen estämiseksi. Yksi vaarallisimmista Espanjasta löydetyistä toukista on mäntytoukat. Näillä toukoilla on pistäviä karvoja, jotka joutuessaan kosketuksiin ihon tai limakalvojen kanssa voivat aiheuttaa ärsytystä, allergioita tai jopa vakavampia reaktioita. Nämä toukat liikkuvat kulkueina ja muodostavat yleensä pitkiä jonoja liikkuessaan etsimässä ruokaa.

”Puunkaatajaa” etsitään

Itselläni ja naapurillani on koira. Espanjalaisella perheellä, jonka pihassa on mänty, on kissoja. Halusin harventaa mäntyä ajatellen eläimiä. Toinen syy on, että iso mänty vie näköalat monelta asukkaalta talon takana, etenkin espanjalaiselta perheeltä, joilla ei ole mitään näkymää parvekkeelta. Puun oksien harventaminen olisi kaikille win-win tilanne. Laitoin raflaavasti ilmoituksen faceen, että puunkaatajaa etsitään.Virhe. Sain vastaukseksi, kuinka pitää hakea lupa ja, että poliisit tulevat jos kaadat sen. Ihan ystävällistä informoida, jos tosiaan ei tiedä asioista. Toivoisin kuitenkin positiivista asennetta ja vastausta siihen, mitä haen. Vastuu toimistani on itselläni, samoin tiedon hankinta. Tuntuu, että huumorilla tai itseironialla ei kannata mitään someen kirjoittaa.

Naapurin kaveri Pekka

Naapurini kaveri Pekka, espanjan kielen taitoinen, kysyi pyynnöstäni naapurilta, jonka pihassa mänty kasvoi, että voimmeko tulla karsimaan/kaatamaan osan puuta. Olin paikalla seuraamassa keskustelua. Nainen oli myötämielinen ja antoi luvan. Seuraavana päivänä menin hänen sisarensa luo myös kysymään luvan englannin kielellä, koska sisar puhui hyvää englantia. Sain luvan. Kolmantena päivänä menin soittamaan naapurin ovikelloa ja kysyin, että saammeko tulla heidän pihalle kartoittamaan puuta ja sain ystävällisesti luvan. Puunkaataja, minä ja mieheni menimme sisään takapihalle, jolloin toinen sisaruksista, no hablo ingles, tuli pihalle ja alkoi kovaan ääneen vaatimaan selitystä, miksi olemme pihalla. Olimme kuin halolla päähän lyötyjä, sillä asian piti olla selvä. Sisar huusi minulle que he dicho, que he dicho…Itselleni tuli niin paha mieli, että piti poistua paikalta. Sisaren poika tuli myös ulos ja sanoi, ettei puuhun kosketa. Olemme jälkeenpäin analysoineet tapahtunutta, emmekä ole löytäneet mitään loogista selitystä. Ei ole ollut mahdollista ymmärtää väärin, koska heidän pihallaan on vain yksi puu ja se on takapihalla.

Kuka tästä episodista kärsi eniten, niin se on tämä espanjalainen perhe. He eivät ottaneet joululahjaamme vastaan. Lupasimme maksaa kaikki kulut mm. puun karsimisen ja oksien pois viemisen. Puu on jo kallellaan ja sen juuret ovat tulleet näkyville maan pinnalle. On vain ajan kysymys, milloin mänty takapihalla romahtaa naapureiden aitojen päälle ja samalla heidän oma piha kärsii.
