Suitcase
And again in the morning, the parents left their house with big suitcases in their hands. Had been night in the apartment. A couple of times I have seen their teenage children, a girl and a boy who are clearly reluctant to carry the goods inside. They themselves have not stayed in the house. The bunker seems to be a favorite place for today’s youth.
Housing certificate
Making electricity and water contracts requires displaying a housing certificate, but as is customary, the name of the new owner will be transferred to the contracts and everything will continue in this respect. The housing certificate is obtained when the apartment has been inspected and found to be under regulations, not illegal structures. But, if you do not have to show the certificate, for example, with electric transmission, then everything is fine. Fortunately, our attorney is active, thanks to him for the speed. The site has become silent. The neighbor has received a note about stopping work and this week the officer should go personally to meet the neighbor owners and they will receive a paper version of the building ban.
I guess this couldn’t have come as a surprise to the neighbor. After all, they must have known what could happen and secondly, their house is so Pram, the whole neighborhood sees the situation. No project can be done secretly. I guess no one can react. What did they expect? What after that? I was expecting to continue working and pay a fine, which the municipality now presents. Demolition of the structure will be quite a project, as iron, brick, and cement will be enough. While the terrace is built, the workers are hidden in hoods and caps. Working was very true, things are low.
Police visited both the site and in a conquered house
It has been exactly two weeks since we made a complaint about the neighbor’s site and today the police went to hand a paper with a building ban. As soon as the police left, the owner of the house climbed the terrace himself and continued the masonry until we were shooting him. The owner and my husband changed a couple of polite words. My husband told me that the video was moving forward, the neighbor said thank you and my husband politely answered You Welcome, and he stopped the masonry and came down from the roof. We went for lunch and when we came back home in a couple of hours, the police car had parked us a couple of meters above the road. The third house above has long been deserted. It is a pity because the house is beautiful in architecture, albeit partly covered with vegetation. The gate of the house was open and the cops went inside. Soon, a man left there with two young children, with one of the cops went to chat and the woman joined the woman with a baby. They had tried to conquer the apartment.
Squatters … again!
I have previously written about householders. Thanks to the activity of the neighborhood, we were then evicted and then the house was bought by a Spanish-German family who had not yet moved to the house but emptied the house in the yard. The new trumpets were looking for goods from that yard the day before, which I wondered a bit because the locked gate had been completely broken out of the wall. Neighbor’s workers also lived in the yard, but apparently, we all assumed that the family was familiar with the current owners. They were not but were looking for stuff in the conquest of their house. These two houses I have written and conquered, so why are good houses empty year after year, decade after decade? There is a severe shortage of apartments in the country. If the houses are now owned by a junk bank, why are they not for sale or renovated and rented?
House robbers
As I approached our house, a lady came to talk to me and asked if I knew the owners of the conquered house. I replied that no. After that, he said he would ask our neighbor. When the cops had left, our neighbor with the workers marched with determination to the house where the trustees had been removed. It was wondered what they were doing there. Were you intended to buy that house too? They were not in buying intentions, but robbing the house. They carried tables, chair and all the other stuff out of the house and took our neighbor’s house to the yard with the owner. They used the situation by robbing others’ house once the terrace was interrupted. The yard is full of all kinds of furniture, even good looking rattan furniture and a freezer-refrigerator combination. Why had the police not locked in the gate of the house that had been attempted to conquer? It’s still open.
A cracked facade wall
The neighbor started installing sliding doors to replace the upstairs bedroom windows, with the result that the whole wall cracked. Big boulders have come off the wall. This whole situation is absurd. The house crumbles and drums. The neighbor had come to visit earlier in the morning and announced that he was supplying the architect’s drawings of the terrace. We smiled and found that good thing. And probably no architect has drawn anything for them, and now the façade of the whole house has been destroyed downstairs. Our Finnish wall neighbor believes that the house was originally supposed to be renovated for sale. I hope from the bottom of my heart that they sell the house, albeit nowadays renovated. I don’t want neighbors who steal furniture, because they can come to us when we are not there. The illegal terrace spill is also very bad for us, too for safety. From the neighbor’s balcony, a direct connection to and inside our bedroom sliding doors. Fortunately, our Finnish neighbor is an expert on safety equipment who informs us of all possible safety devices that I have posted after blogs. His own house is smart. Today, safety equipment is not expensive and development has taken a tremendous step forward. Smart devices are worthy of their name.
Revenge is mine
Yesterday, in the middle of watching the television on the neighbor’s side, the music volume was turned to full. It was challenging to look at the English deck as Romanian music takes all the attention. A neighbor will revenge the setbacks to us. After that, there were surprising hard bumps from the wall between us and our neighbor. Someone properly muttered with a hammer or similar on the walls, one stroke per area. And he wasn’t putting the paintings on the wall. The wife, in turn, has decided to move at home in high heels. We tried to curb ourselves and remember one of our presidents who said this immortal sentence, do not provoke when you provoke. Yes, Manu knew.

Matkalaukkuperhe
Ja taas aamulla vanhemmat lähtivät talostaan isot matkalaukut käsissään. Olivat olleet yötä asunnossa. Pari kertaa olen nähnyt heidän teini-ikäiset lapsensa, tyttö ja poika, jotka selvästi haluttomina ovat käyneet kantamassa tavaroita sisälle. He eivät itse ole jääneet taloon. Bunkkeri ei näköjään ole nykynuorisolle mieluisa paikka asua.
Asumistodistus
Jotta voit tehdä sähkö-ja vesisopimukset, niin se edellyttää asumistodistuksen näyttämistä, mutta kuten tapana on, niin sopimuksiin vaan siirretään uuden omistajan nimi ja kaikki jatkuu näiltä osin entisellään. Asumistodistuksen saa, kun asunto on tarkastettu ja todettu määräysten mukaiseksi, ei siis laittomia rakennelmia. Mutta, jos todistusta ei tarvitse näyttää esim. sähkösiirron yhteydessä, niin kaikki on hyvin. Onneksi asianhoitajamme on aktiivinen, kiitos hänelle ripeydestä. Työmaa on hiljentynyt. Naapuri on saanut meilinä tiedonannon töiden lopettamisesta ja tällä viikolla virkailija pitäisi mennä henkilökohtaisesti tapaamaan naapurin omistajia ja he saavat paperisen version rakennuskiellosta.
Ei kai tämä ole voinut tulla yllätyksenä naapurille? Kyllähän heidän on täytynyt tietää, mitä voi tapahtua ja toisekseen heidän talonsa on niin pramilla, koko naapurusto näkee tilanteen. Ei tämän laajuista projektia voi tehdä salassa. Ei kai kukaan voi olla reakoimatta. Mitä he odottivat? Mitä tämän jälkeen? Odotin, että jatkavat töitä ja maksavat sakkoa, mitä kunta nyt sitten määrääkin. Rakennelman purkaminen tulee olemaan aikamoinen projekti, sillä rautaa, tiiltä ja sementtiä kyllä riittää. Koko sen aikana, kun terassia on rakennettu, niin työmiehet ovat piiloutuneet huppuihin ja lippalakkeihin. Työnteko ollut hyvin totista touhua, jutut vähissä.
Poliisi kävi sekä työmaalla että vallatussa talossa
On kulunut tasan kaksi viikkoa siitä, kun teimme naapurin työmaasta reklamaation ja tänään kävi poliisi ojentamassa paperin, jossa oli rakennuskielto. Heti poliisin lähdettyä talon omistaja kiipesi itse terassille ja jatkoi muurausta, kunnes havahtui siihen, että kuvasimme häntä. Omistaja ja mieheni vaihtoivat pari kohteliasta sanaa. Mieheni kertoi, että video menee eteenpäin, naapuri sanoi thank you ja mieheni vastasi kohteliaasti you welcome, ja hän lopetti muurauksen ja tuli alas katolta. Lähdimme lounaalle ja kun tulimme parin tunnin päästä takaisin kotiin, niin poliisiauto oli pysäköinyt meistä pari metriä ylemmäs tien reunaan. Kolmas talo meistä ylempänä on ollut pitkään autiona. Sääli, sillä talo on arkkitehtuuriltaan kaunis, vaikkakin jo osaksi kasvillisuuden peittämä. Talon portti oli auki ja poliisit menivät sisälle. Pian sieltä poistui mies kahden pienen lapsen kanssa, joiden luo yksi poliiseista meni juttelemaan ja seuraan liittyi nainen sylivauvan kanssa. He olivat yrittäneet vallata asuntoa.
Talonvaltaajat…taas!
Olen aikaisemmin kirjoittanut talonvaltaajista. Naapuruston aktiivisuuden ansiosta saimme silloin valtaajat häädettyä ja sen jälkeen talon osti espanjalais-saksalainen perhe, joka ei vielä ole muuttanut taloon, vaan tyhjentäneet talon irtaimiston pihalle. Uudet valtaajat hakivat tavaroita kyseiseltä pihalta edellisenä päivänä, jota hieman ihmettelin, sillä lukittu portti oli murrettu irti kokonaan muurista. Naapurin työmiehet vilkasivat myös pihalle, mutta näköjään me kaikki oletimme, että perhe on nykyisten omistajien tuttuja. He eivät olleet, vaan hakivat tavaraa valtaamaansa taloonsa. Nämä kaksia taloa, joista olen kirjoittanut ja jotka ovat vallattu, niin minkä takia hyviä taloja pidetään tyhjillään vuodesta toiseen, vuosikymmenestä toiseen? Maassa on huutava pula asunnoista. Jos talot ovat nykyään roskapankin omistuksessa, niin miksi niitä ei laiteta myyntiin tai kunnosteta ja vuokrata?
Talon ryöstäjät
Kun lähestyin taloamme, niin eräs rouva tuli juttelemaan minulle ja kysyi, että tunnenko vallatun talon omistajia. Vastasin, että en. Sen jälkeen hän kertoi kysyvänsä asiaa meidän naapurilta. Kun poliisit olivat lähteneet, niin meidän naapuri työmiesten kanssa marssivat määrätietoisesti taloon, josta juuri valtaajat olivat poistettu. Ihmeteltiin, että mitä he siellä tekivät. Olivatko aikeissa ostaa senkin talon? Eivät olleet ostoaikeissa, vaan ryöstämässä talon. He kantoivat pöytiä, tuolia ja kaikkea muuta tavaraa talosta pois ja veivät meidän naapurin talon pihalle omistajan johdolla. He käyttivät tilanteen hyväksi ryöstämällä toisten talon, kun kerran terassin teko keskeytettiin. Piha on täynnä kaikenlaisia huonekaluja, jopa ihan hyvännäköisiä rottinkihuonekaluja ja pakastin-jääkaappiyhdistelmä. Miksi poliisi ei ollut lukinnut talon porttia, jota oli yritetty vallata? Se on edelleen auki.
Haljennut julkisivun seinä
Naapuri aloitti ajankuluksi liukuovien asentamisen yläkerran makuuhuoneiden ikkunoiden tilalle sillä seurauksella, että koko seinä halkesi. Seinästä on irronnut isoja lohkareita. Tämä koko tilanne on ihan absurdi. Taloa murenee ja rumenee. Naapuri oli aikaisemmin aamulla tullut käymään ja ilmoitti, että hän toimittaa arkkitehdin piirustukset terassista. Hymyilimme ja totesimme, että hyvä asia. Ja ei varmaan kukaan arkkitehti ole piirtänyt heille mitään ja nyt koko talon julkisivu on yläkerran haljennutta seinää myöten tuhottu. Suomalainen seinänaapurimme uskoo, että talo oli alunperin tarkoitus remontoida myyntiä varten. Toivon sydämeni pohjasta, että myyvät talon, joskin nykyään remontoitavassa kunnossa. En halua naapureita, jotka varastavat huonekaluja, koska hehän voivat tulla myös meille kun emme ole paikalla. Laiton terassikyhäelmä on meidän kannalta erittäin huono myös turvallisuuden kannalta. Naapurin parvekkeelta suora yhteys meidän makuuhuoneemme liukuoviin ja niistä sisälle. Onneksi suomalainen naapurimme on turvalaitteiden asiantuntija, joka informoi meitä kaikista mahdollisista turvalaitteita, joista olen laittanut tiedot blogien jälkeen. Hänen oma talonsa on älytalo. Nykyään turvalaitteet eivät ole kalliita ja kehitys on harpannut valtavan askeleen eteenpäin. Älylaitteet ovat todella nimensä veroisia.
Kosto on minun
Eilen kesken television katselun naapurin puolelta käännettiin musiikin voluumi täysille. Oli haastavaa katsoa englantilaista dekkaria romanialaisen musiikin viedessä kaiken huomion. Naapuri kostaa vastoinkäymiset meille. Tämän jälkeen kuului yllättäviä kovia paukahduksia meidän ja naapurin välisestä seinästä. Joku mojautti oikein kunnolla vasaralla tai vastaavalla seiniin, yksi lyönti per alue. Ja hän ei ollut laittamassa tauluja seinälle. Vaimo puolestaan on päättänyt liikkua kotona korkokengissä. Yritimme hillitä itsemme ja muistelimme erästä presidenttiämme, joka sanoi tämän kuolemattoman lauseen, älä provosoidu kun sua provosoidaan. Kyllä Manu tiesi.
